In addition, members may participate in workgroups focused on four key areas:

Claims-Based Measures

The committee offers feedback and recommendations regarding the inclusion of health plan claims-based measures as a significant data source. Participants contribute insights on how these measures can affect providers, including strategies to ensure fair comparisons and identifying areas where risk adjustment may be required.

Provider Data and Quality Reporting

The committee offers feedback on the process of provider reporting, professional portals, and their alignment with current quality measurement and reporting initiatives.

Telehealth and Telemedicine

The committee evaluates the alignment between existing quality measures and the evolving telemedicine landscape, explores how telemedicine can enhance access to the treatment system, and considers equitable strategies for incorporating telehealth providers into our system.

Patient Journey

The committee offers feedback on the patient experience within our system, provides recommendations for streamlining processes, suggests additional functionalities for search and facility profiles, and provides input on enhancing the patient feedback section of our system.
