Overview

The Ace Foundation of Florida brings health and hope directly to our neighborhoods. Twice each month, our Community Health Pop-Ups deliver fresh fruits and vegetables to the top 50 community members, free health screenings, and vital community resources to families across Northeast Florida. When possible, we partner with local farms and growers to host farmers markets that make healthy eating accessible and affordable for everyone.

What We Offer

Fresh Produce Distribution: Seasonal fruits and vegetables from local farms and community gardens for the top 50 community members.

Free Health Screenings: Blood pressure, glucose, BMI, and wellness checks by trained professionals.

Community Resource Hub: Information on primary care, mental health, nutrition, housing, and employment programs.

Pop-Up Farmers Markets: When available, local vendors join to offer affordable, farm-fresh products.

Family-Friendly Environment: Fun, education, and community connection for all ages.

We believe that access to nutritious food and healthcare is a right—not a privilege. Through these bi-monthly pop-ups, the Ace Foundation works to reduce food insecurity, promote preventive health, and build stronger, healthier communities.
